Shipping

Please note that all our products are designed and manufactured with utmost care. We put quality before speed, nonetheless your order will be with you in no time – and with no flaws. Average time from order placement to delivery is 5-20 days. Shipping within the EU is faster. Shipping dates: 3 times per month every 1st, 10th and 20th.

Customs and import fees

Shipping costs are not included in the product purchase price, as detailed in the checkout page. Depending on the geographical location of the shipping address, different shipping fees will be charged. Customs and import fees of the destination country however are not covered by the purchase. Depending on the policy of the destination country, different fees might be charged and calculated based on the total value of the ordered goods. These charges are not covered by Esprit Profond. Please inform yourself about the import and customs regulations of your destination country before ordering online.

Returns

Esprit Profond will gladly accept the returns of unused products whose labels are intact, within 14 days of receipt of the package. To return your articles (s):

1) Contact info@espritprofond.com to receive a printable label for your parcel.

2) Pack and return your order by your own carrier. You will be in charge of shipping the return parcel.

3)Once your parcel is received, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a standard delay.

Exchanges

Esprit Profond accepts the exchange of items not worn with intact labels, if the order is returned within 14 days of receiving the package.

We do not accept returns or exchanges of articles on sale.

Esprit Profond is not responsible for the costs of return and exchange. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Orders outside the European Union

Unfortunately, we can not offer returns or exchanges for non-European orders for the moment.
